Our Ready Set Kiai program is aimed at children aged 3-5 years old. These classes focus on physical and mental development through martial art exercises.

Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu has been leading the way when it comes to teaching self-defense in the Fraser Valley for the past 20 years.  Now located in the City of Chilliwack the Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu school offers a range of programs for students aged 3 and up. Each program is specifically designed to address the needs of those students. 

Steven Hiscoe is the Chief Instructor, he has over 35 years experience in the martial arts combined with 25 years as a police officer. The last 13 years as a use of force instructor.

At Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu we teach a self-defense style called Can-Ryu Jiu-Jitsu (Canadian System of Self-Defense).  This is one of Canada’s most authoritative and growing self-defense programs. Our program is based on simple, practical and effective self- defense techniques which are designed to be learned by anyone. 

At Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu our goal is to provide citizens of the Fraser Valley with Martial Arts programs that promote “total awareness and survival” giving you Peace of Mind.

Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu's self-defense programs are ideal for students who want to learn to protect themselves in addition to those seeking or you are employed in law enforcement.   Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu students have gone onto professional careers with police agencies, correctional services, provincial sheriffs, border services and the security industry.
